The prefect blend of caramel and peanut butter.
Peanut butter and caramel, wrapped in a thick shell of pure dark chocolate --- sounds like Heaven, doesn't it? Well ours really is divine! This is one of our most popular confections, and it takes a five step process to make:
We start by creating a chocolate shell, which we hand pipe our Peanut Butter Melts mixture into. Next, we make the caramel, which takes a full two days. Once the caramel cools, we cut it out using cookie cutters and place the discs onto the peanut butter in the chocolate shells. Finally, we top it with more dark chocolate. It’s a labor of love, but one taste and you’ll know why we continue to make this wonderful creation!

All products are made on shared equipment with with tree nuts, Non GMO soy and peanuts. The European chocolate is made on shared equipment with dairy. The machine is cleaned in between with cocoa butter before dark chocolate is made.
