Website Questions
How do I send chocolate as a gift?
Add the desired products to your cart, then click on your cart to check out. At checkout, you will be prompted to enter a shipping address and a billing address. Enter your gift recipient’s address as the “Shipping Address.” There is also an option at checkout to type a gift message.
How do I send chocolates to multiple addresses?
Place separate orders, one order per address.
Do you ship nationwide?
We do! We ship to all 50 states. At this time we do not ship outside of the U.S.
Product Questions
Are all your products gluten-free?
Yes! We are a gluten-free facility and all our products are gluten-free. We frequently test the ingredients we bring into our kitchen for gluten to be extra-assured that there has been no gluten cross-contamination. We aim to be a safe option for those with Celiac Disease and gluten allergies and intolerances.
Are all your products vegan/dairy-free/egg free?
Yes! We are a vegan facility, which means do not use animal products or derivatives in our facility or in any our products. Our raw chocolate ships in from a facility in Europe that also processes dairy, but it is tested for dairy content before being shipped to us, and once it arrives in our kitchen, it is tempered (essentially “cooked”) and there is no contact with dairy, egg, or animal products.
Are you a peanut and/or nut-free facility?
No, we use peanuts and nuts in many of our products, such as our caramel, our soft-serve, and our cheezes. Certain chocolates, foods and desserts we make do not contain nut products, but cross-contamination is highly possible and those with severe nut allergies should not consume our products. Please use your best judgement keeping your own health needs in mind and let us know in advance if you have any allergies so we can serve you safely. Thank you!
What Sweetener Do You Use In Your Sugar-Free products?
Our sugar-free chocolate contains maltitol as the sweetening agent. Our sugar-free soft-serve is made with xylitol. Both are known as “sugar alcohols” derived from plants and are not artificial sweeteners. Our sugar-free soft-serve and other sugar-free desserts may also be sweetened with monk fruit, and low-glycemic coconut sugar.
How can chocolate be vegan and gluten-free?!
Chocolate, at its essence, is made from the cacao bean, and is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free/vegan. It is only through processing, adding flavors, and adding ingredients that dairy or gluten is introduced. We temper the chocolate ourselves and create recipes with only plant-based and gluten-free ingredients to bring you the ultimate chocolate experience!
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, purchases are final. We value delivering only the highest quality products and do everything in our power to pack them carefully and ensure a timely arrival if shipped. Once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over the transit and cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages. What happens if I forgot my password?
We're unable to change your password for you, but after clicking the “Sign In” link, you can click “Forgot password?” to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.
Can I change my account email address?
It isn't possible to change the email address associated with your account at this time. You can create a new account using your updated email address.
