WE’RE SUGAR-CONSCIOUS. We offer the perfect touch of sweetness without resorting to the high amounts of processed sugar typically found in sweets, relying on careful amounts of organic cane sugar, organic brown rice syrup, and low-glycemic coconut sugar. After all, the secret to fine chocolate is in the deep, complex flavor of the cacao itself. Our use of sweeteners enhances each bite without overpowering your taste buds.
WE’RE ETHICAL. We exclusively use European-processed chocolate made from cocoa beans sourced from only reliable, Fair-Trade-certified companies whose business operations we trust, and who never sources from the Ivory Coast. It’s important that we run our business in a way our customers can trust as well, so each piece of chocolate can be fully enjoyed by body, mind, and spirit!
