As you may know, this year’s crop of cacao beans experienced a shortage of production.
Fewer crops were successful, mostly due to a combination of low rainfall, plant disease and aging trees.
This means that the global price of chocolate has risen.
As craft chocolate makers, we prioritize high quality chocolate that is contingent with sustainability.
For the last 5 years, (including quarantine), we have sparingly increased our prices, as your continued support helped us greatly to keep our business going! We value fairness & equality above all else, as it is only thanks to you we are able to keep doing what we love!
Moving forward (while the price of chocolate remains high) we are making as minimal price changes as possible, so that everyone can still enjoy our artisan and handcrafted chocolates!
Thank you for your understanding & support!
